Welcome

Families, friends, staff, volunteers and supporters of the Kids Rehab community were warmly invited to attend the 2023 Kids Rehab Golf Day on Friday 3rd March at Oatlands Golf Club.

Our comeback event after a two year hiatus was bigger and better than ever. The Kids Rehab Golf Day continues to be a success on so many levels. We have consolidated a wonderful support network with our sponsors and donors; hosted both a men's and women's division in the competition, we had a fun filled day with novelty holes and lots of laughs......but most importantly $40K net profit was raised on the day for rehabilitation services at the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network.

We would like to sincerely thank all our amazing supporters, donors and sponsors for their unwavering loyalty and contribution over the years, with particular mention to our Platinum Sponsor MAX Build and Gold Sponsor McGrath Subaru Liverpool, who continue to make the golf day possible with their incomparable generosity and support! The success of the event would not be possible without the benevolence of our sponsors and we are truly grateful for everyone’s contribution in making this event exceptional!

Images of the event have been uploaded to the 2023 Kids Rehab Golf Day photo gallery.

To help celebrate our 15th year anniversary, we are already in the process of organising another action packed day full of activities, novelty and entertainment.  There will be lots of giveaways, prizes and an opportunity to secure some fabulous items from the live auction, raffle and golf competition.

Funds raised from the Golf Day will go toward the 'Liam O'Flaherty Fellowship Trust Fund'  which has been set up to assist Kids Rehab Clinicians including Nurses and Therapists gain further training in the area of Paediatric Disabilities.

The care of children with physical disabilities is continually changing and requires staff to be trained and skilled in a range of treatments and therapies. Money raised at the Golf Day is directly used in the ongoing education of Kids Rehab staff that may not otherwise have the opportunity to further their knowledge. To date, this has included attendance at conferences, workshop training and university courses. In this way, the Golf Day contributes to a high level of professional practice that children and their families deserve.

We look forward to welcoming you all to the 2024 Kids Rehab Golf Day!
